Honestly all of the reviews I have seen are valid and in-line. 1. Promotions and opportunity to move up 2. Opportunity to learn, especially when first starting out in your career

Cons

1. Family owned when the family get priority over everyone which can get annoying 2. No work life balance - a lot of people do not step out or even take a lunch during the day

Team leads are helpful and understanding Welcoming and Encouraging Team is very tight nit and works well

Cons

Ridiculous PTO and WFH structure Pay should be higher for the work You work 9 hours for what others make in 8… The owning family is prioritised over all else.
