Great for entry levels to really learn the business while earning less than average industry entry level salaries

Cons

Extremely high turn over rate, terrible HR and company culture. You will survive if you know the family, otherwise - RUN THE OTHER WAY. The management do not care about your career development (they only want cheap labor), long hours with no appreciation for work life balance. It's all about kissing up and knowing the right people at the company, you will not go far if you don't please the selective few that's been with the company for 10+ years
