Pros

Great company for new graduates. Busy, long hrs and average salary BUT it is a good place to learn about the industry and sharpen your skills for the future. Survive a yr and your resume will have a lot of info showing your knowledge and experience. Each dept has its own challenges so it is a hit or miss situation. Some employees experience great success.

Cons

As stated above, busy, long hrs and average salary with very little advancement opportunities. You can be stuck in your position. They have started to create job titles that exists no where else so the employees think they are moving up. Of course with little financial benefit.

Pros

- some good people to work, but be aware of certain areas. One manager is notoriously horrifying, she's the most demeaning human being I've met, I heard her calling someone "stupid, brainless" behind her back in foreign language. She forces her team to work over time, and if you don't agree with her or pleases her, she will use her authority to get you fired. - direct communication with the owners, but cannot speak the truth to them. - it's the only licensee for Nike childrenwear in the US. - medium size company, allows you to work cross functionally and globally (in a messy way unfortunately).

Cons

- high turn over - company can easily let go of employees in average 2 people a month all year long. - Lack of team work. People are more interested in self interest rather than doing real work and focus on their products. - A senior/manager level could be your "lead" just because they stuck up to the owners. The work environment becomes hostile and unprofessional. Possibly is the company has the worst culture. No respect and appreciation at all. You can get fired for doing everything right, but you can be a VP for doing nothing and has no real skills. Doesn't sound too bad if you are one of those people. - Low paid and bad health insurance for a medium size company. Not a lot of national holidays. Employees are forced to use their PTO days when they cannot come to work during snow storm day, and they never give snow storm day. Nothing is within their health insurance in-network and deduct a lot of money from each paycheck. They charge you extra for subscribing to flexible spending and transit programs. - Lack of growth. Because they constantly hire new graduates with really low pay and boring work loads, they usually leave after a year or two. The seniors and VP are lack of managerial skills, you WILL NOT grow no matter how long you are there. You'll only go backwards. The job is easy, 90% database entry, not much creativity involved. Work is very disorganized. - Please don't believe the good reviews about the company on glassdoor, they have been written by the HR themselves or employee under pressure.
