If you are senior level, you may be the first to go during a restructure after you've made necessary improvements needed. They are more nurturing to the junior level people so if you're fresh out of college or lower salary level, you have a good shot at staying there longer but will have to take on senior level responsibilities There seems to be constant restructuring Missing solidarity between overseas offices and NY office Not many holidays off
