      Pros

      Great company to work for! Was my first job out of college and management really took the time to train me well and helped me grow professionally and personally. Great work environment with room for growth. Management has an open door policy which makes it more comfortable to ask for help. Just work hard and you will get noticed, they appreciate a hard worker. The people are amazing and makes going to work so much better. Great teamwork across the sourcing department which makes for getting projects done in a timely matter.

      No cons as long as your getting the job well done and are passionate with what you are doing, you will love it there!

      Pros

      A lot of young people so it's a fun team! Great brands and products. A lot to do and learn for a first job. Casual environment and you can wear Nike gear to work.

      Cons

      Low pay, no overtime, and bad benefits. Sometimes long hours. Cockroaches!!!!! Hire to fire is very accurate. You see people let go at all levels and never know when it'll be your turn. No real training. Long hours and little recognition. Non-compete clause for even entry level jobs. A lot of management only looks out for themselves and not their team.
