Pros

The brands that Haddad licenses are reputable. Recommend using those brand names in any resumes or cover letters vs. Haddad's own brand, given company reputation.

Cons

Management is unprofessional, aggressive, dishonest, not transparent, and unfocused. Company does not have clear direction and vision. Multiple family owners pull employees in multiple directions with no clear leader. No training or formal mentorship programs. No clear division of labor or ownership of responsibilities - many layers of red tape and overlap of job responsibilities. Management does not empower employees to make decisions. Hire-to-fire culture that leaves employees on edge and unclear of future prospects with company.
