Getting better, but still inconsistent

Good upward mobility, casual friendly atmosphere, occasional volunteer opportunities

Cons

Low pay (despite the company reporting record growth), cramped office space, some teams work hours every day of unpaid overtime, management piles irrelevant tasks on entry-level workers, many teams are understaffed & underexperienced due to high turnover rate & management is very slow about hiring new team members

Cons

There aren't any cons that I can think of. If you have a good attitude towards work and are willing to push yourself and learn all you can, then you will fit right in with Haddad.

Pros

Great brands to work on. Laid back work environment. Which is a byproduct of the management's disinterest in the employees rather than them nurturing a fun workplace. The inmates are running the asylum, which is fun if you're an inmate.

Cons

The general consensus is that EVERYONE is overworked and underpaid and that the owners don't care about their employees. What's worse, is they make you sign a non-compete agreement. So if they do reel you in at a fraction of what you're worth then you will have an incredibly hard time leaving as you are not allowed to work for Haddad's competitors. Do NOT work here. They make you work a half day on Christmas Eve (The owners are Jewish) But they'll give you Christmas and the day after off. No Christmas bonus. I have a sneaking suspicion that all of the good reviews of this company are fake.
