      Pros

      The PEOPLE are amazing!! In this industry, it is hard to find a supportive and helpful group of people who really believe in TEAMWORK and putting their best foot forward to help others achieve - Haddad has that! From Senior Management to the Operational Staff, everyone is extremely helpful with any matter, big or small. A great place to enter (or continue within) the apparel industry and be fully exposed to any (and) every situation. Management believes experience is the best teacher and you will receive a lot of that at Haddad. Management will create roles for you in order for you to further your career at the company and continue to be apart of the best children's apparel company in the world. Not a formal corporate setup, more family-like atmosphere with informal corporate features. You are exposed to all levels of management, owners included who are extremely nice and supportive.

      Cons

      Yearly bonuses would be great! (Actually they are working on this program now, so problem solved) :)

      Pros

      I have been working for the company for over 10 years. Haddad Brands is family owned, community oriented & owners are engaged and caring. Working as a team, makes it a fun environment and opportunities of involvement are beyond measure. I have seen and been directly involved in talent shows and photo shoots that the families and their children are filled with excitement to do their best and this reflects in the company's products and production of quality childrenswear. This company involves everyone and cares.

      Pay is low to average. In event of reviews - much time passes by which may discourage hard workers.

      Pros

      I've been with Haddad for a long while and never regret working there. It's all comes to very simple rule - put more in and you'll get more out. I've red all these negative reviews, and every single one of them was written by people who was in Haddad for short time. If one expects to just walk in and immediately become a star, don't even bother. This company is for hard working, goal oriented people. Make yourself needed, go beyond your responsibilities, look for better ways to bring the company to the next level, and I guarantee you'll be recognized and well compensated..

      Cons

      Honestly all the cons I can put down would apply to any company in the industry. Low starting salary - give me other company which pays better for the one right out of college. High price for health insurance - actually there are many companies where you'd pay much more than $300/mo. Two weeks vacation - that could be better.
