New to the industry you will learn a lot.

Hire to fire environment. I came in every day for more than 3 years and thought it was my last. Tried to find another job and realized that recruiters have no respect for this company. Bad salary. Not a lot of raise. Anxiety. VERY stressful. Weird management.
