Many folks are leaving, lots of outsourcing of jobs to overseas. The lack of people cause the environment to be depressing.

Sweatshop conditions, mandatory overtime (unpaid for salaried workers), constant layoffs, constant "realignments," pay not competitive for remote workers in coastal cities
