Pros

Benefits are good and some of the people are nice.

Cons

Management is horrible the upper executives don't care about the people who are doing the work. Lots of unpaid overtime hours no good bonus for the little guys only upper management.

Great colleagues!, Not a bad commute if you live on the South shore or surrounding towns, Pay and Benefits good.

Cons

Executive management team not at all engaged with the employees, Work schedule is rigid and not very progressive, outdated facility and mindset of some management, work assignments not very challenging
