Great people but management needs to change

There are great people to work with in each of the departments. They are familiar with the "rush" and "priority" items (which tend to be almost everything) so most are willing to help fellow team members whenever needed.

Cons

The environment is extremely stressful, heavy workloads that never seem to stop, and the management teams don't seem to help with much. There are conflicting priorities even after providing feedback that this needed to be addressed.

Pros

On-site childcare, good snow removal, benefit package is competitive, the chairs are comfortable, the lighting is sufficient and the phones work well.

Cons

Over-abundant management team playing musical chairs. Investment in business is random and discontinuous. Helpful information is carefully guarded in a culture of "information is power". Organizations and sites don't work efficiently together. No employee development, promotions are non-existent, senior slots are filled from outside, outsourced or contracted.

Cons

Too much focus on a singular market segment. This lack of diversity can cause large swings in company success. Too many, and conflicting priorities to service that singular market. High turnover in personnel, both voluntary and involuntary.
