HR is completely incompetent. Specifically the lady whose name starts with "J" and ends with "Y". There are no promotion opportunities. In order to move in the organization you have to work on the PMT team to help with timesheets and slowly crawl your way up or you need to be personally friends with management already. The "Hagerty standard" will choke you out. Every document you will ever create will be scrutinized to a point of ridiculousness and where the document's content is completely vague and no longer holds any informational value. Its a complete disservice to the client.

This is the worst company you could ever work for. Management is incompetent and retaliatory but protected by a severely understaffed HR. You will often be blamed for things that aren't your fault and management will gossip about you behind your back. I know what you're thinking...I'm exaggerating...I'm probably a bad employee... I regularly receive rave reviews on my performance. If this is how someone who excels in their position feels... just imagine.
