1. Management is never in the picture. 2. Extremely POOR HR. 3. Lots of expectations and pressure. 4. Not at all a professional environment. 5. Work environment/ client are not supportive. 6. No reporting hierarchy. 7. Upper management . 8. Can't work from home during critical situations. How can an employee inform the client about an uncalled for situation? How we let them know about working from home in advance? 9. Not worth talking to the management and advising them on how the client is treating them. 10. Upper management won't support you in front of the clients. 11. No future career opportunity 12. Once you get into the workforce, there's not any lateral move available in the firm. 13. They don't pay when you're off project. 14. Works in a very unconventional way compared to other management consulting firms. 15. Benefit's are extremely expensive. 16. Take this job to bridge between another job. 17. The jobs posted on their website really doesn't even exists; they have the job ID and requirements for the past couple of years and just to attract resumes.
