      Pros

      Fast growing company with room for growth. Pay is great even at entry level positions and always looking to promote from within. Great culture as well.

      Cons

      It is a lot of hours but the compensation makes up for it. Plus, I'm used to working in retail prior to this and here I have much more time off on the weekends.

      Great work environment, with hard working/ highly motivated team members. With no commission cap, and many opportunities for growth; Hail Medic is the company to hit the ground running.

      Long days, that turn into long paychecks$$$
