      I've built lots of great work relationships with the people here. They are very understanding and approachable. Good managers and environment.

      It's a lot of work but that comes with growing.

      Pros

      Money- Culture- Leadership/mentorship- Integrity- Home Work Balance. Started with the company 3 years ago as a sales rep and have been promoted multiple times with pay increases. I now manage the entire sales team and have made more money with Hail Medic than I thought possible.

      Cons

      Long days/ hours at times but that means more money so not really a con.

      Pros

      Great People to work with, great environment where everyone gets along and helps each other. Flexible hours and great management! The management team is so very helpful and understanding and will help with any issues or questions you may have. Jeff, Trevor and Sheila are the greatest people I have worked for!

      The pay could be more.
