      Great brands and teammates. Could be an amazing place to work with some key changes in leadership.

      Leadership through fear and intimidation Unrealistic expectations without facts, understanding and knowledge Thinly veiled “strategic” decisions are about the short term and related to payout rather than organizational health and direction Culture degraded by the day - toxic is an understatement evidenced by high turnover. Volatile personality in leadership position.

      the pay and bonuses , at least.

      Too many to name. What USED to be a great and admirable place to work, became vulgar and cutthroat and (discreetly) racist. The turnover since is ridiculously high. You're lucky to last past 1 year
