      Working for home Good brands A few good people

      Nothing will prepare you for this train wreck. Everyone is overworked and overwhelmed. Capabilities are missing everywhere. No matter what job you have, you will spend 95% of you time tracking orders and trying to explain supply chain issues. Lack of transparency and cut throat environment. Blaming culture. 0 strategic thinking. This is NOT a consumer centric organization. Lack of authenticity and genuine dialogues. Lack of trust and management by fear. Everyone just trying to stay afloat (until they find something better). Your work will never be valued. Complain and you will be fired.

      So much natural light in the office!

      Cons

      The environment is proudly touted as "entrepreneurial." A term used as guise for poor business acumen, lack of policies and thoughtful practices, and non existent strategic planning. An internet search will lead to interesting business reviews. There is a reason new products do not have a lasting impact in the market place and the company can not retain talent.

      Micromanaged but also can be ignored for days Not listened to Promise of promotion or opportunities not kept Salary - make too much compared to market Lack of resources Outsourcing a lot of departments Lack of transparency and direction Constantly changing structure Too much focus on bottom line Hire externally instead of promoting from within
