I don't have any. It's a terrible place with terrible morale and management.

Cons

They promise they'll pay you for every hour on the clock, but you end up working for free due to the productivity requirements.

Love the people I work with, paid vacation after you've worked full time for one year

Cons

Minimum wage even if you're very experienced, have to bring in over $25 per hour in salon to make even $9 an hour on your paycheck, constant unfair scrutiny under loss prevention, task lists and salon duties are not worth the $7.93 an hour, low tippers due to low prices, if customer has a coupon you still have to do all of the work for a discounted price on your paycheck, managers make commission while stylists make an hourly rate
