30 yrs ago, HCM was a wonderful, honest company.. Unfortunately, that has changed with the years

Cons

Hair club fosters lying, cheating and greed! $$$ IS the one destination, I was sick @ how I was expected to lie to clients, put hair on them, that was not theres!! So owner could make more money. Broke contracts, for GREEDY. Couldn't work there any longer.

Pros

Amazing clients and working with them makes each day fun and entertaining. Hard-working center employees that believe in the product and service they provide. Fast-paced environment which makes time pass by quickly.

Cons

Working Saturday, every Saturday. This makes it hard to have any work-life balance. Area management. Lack of continuous training for center managers to grow themselves. Hair Club gives bad references after you leave, even for great employees that have a solid performance history.

I am familiar with your situation and agree that your experience was not optimal. You should have received feedback early on in the training process that you were not the right fit for the center. Instead, your trainers tried giving you the benefit of the doubt and made things worse. The decision was not made lightly. Please feel free to call me if you want to discuss further.
