Pros

Hair Club tends to focus a lot on the ultimate client experience. Problems can be solved quickly and efficiently through uplines in management. Support is mostly there when needed. Great hours, great pay.

Cons

There seems to be a lot of reorganization going on in upper management and it can get frustrating. Although they preach the ultimate employee experience as well, it falls short. My training experience as a new hire was less than par; erratic scheduling of training, no follow up or assessment of skills received in training. I had no 90 day, or other reviews of my progress as a newly hired manager. Other times I would reach out for help with staff, and although I would be told a plan, no other follow through would happen.

Pros

You can learn a lot about how properly b.s. clients. You can also learn a lot about hair restoration ( if you're a Hair Therapist).

Cons

If you're a stylist prepare to be your office's scapegoat if a client isn't happy. Not the terrible product, pushy sales and upgrade tactics, or a client's financial situation. Nope. Always you. Prepare for a high turnover rate between in office staff as well as upper management. And also prepare to not be promoted at all unless it's for the trap of NB1 stylist (or whatever they're calling it now). And it is a trap. Do not take that "promotion."

Pros

Helping clients look and feel better about themselves. Truly makes everyday great!

Cons

Quality of product decreased recently and as an employee you are expected to always make it right in house with no help from Corporate. Prices continue to increase and client satisfaction isn't met. Upper management leads by fear and should jump in to help instead of micromanaging.

Totally agree with you on the "Pro's" . We are happy that by helping Clients look and feel great, every day is a great day at Hair Club for you. As a Center Manager, you have resources to utilize when client satisfaction is not being met. Our top Center Managers, who consistently see growth and success in their centers, are partnering with Area Managers and other Company leaders to make sure that we continually provide the UCE. I'm sure that you have these resources so that your Center can be just as successful and I'll be counting on you and all our CM's to step up and take accountability for your Center's success. If you'd like to reach out and discuss things, you know where to find me. I'd gladly take you up on an invite to your Center more sooner than later.
