Pros

Open and accessible management. You can go and talk to anyone at any level. Flexibility in how I do my job. Best "team" I've ever worked with. Office is located in the same building as distribution. This allows us to go on the floor if something comes up that requires looking into. Clean work environment. Today they had a short information meeting to let us know of a business change, before we saw it in the papers. I thought that was nice. Pay increase after three months. We still have a picnic. A lot of other local businesses don't. Company discount.

Cons

Average pay, not as high as some other employers in town. Dress code is stricter than I'd like, but more relaxed than most offices in the area.

Pros

Jobs are simple easy to learn and benchmarks are attainable if effort is given. Management generally leaves you alone to do your job. Most long time employees move to first shift. Company will invest in newer technology

Cons

Companies upper management is not in Winona, rarely visits and has really cares less. There is th rub....... sexual harassment, job discrimination openly exist because the controller is left to run the show and the HR department is run by the local firing expert. You are a number and there is little chance to be promoted to a position that pays a living wage.
