Cons

Oil and Gas field is very volatile so get ready to be layoffed at any time

Almost every level of this business in Frac and Cement has very little integrity. this lack of integrity is a systemic problem and bleeds into your day to day life.

Halliburton is a reliable company as long as you do your work and don't take advantage of sick time. Many of the team members are excellent to work with.

Cons

When people have interviewed to work at Halliburton, I have been honest and recommend them looking else where. In the time that I have been with Halliburton, I have notice that there has been a shift from being a person to a number.
