Hallmark is a fun, upbeat environment

Pros

It was a very upbeat environment. The communication between managers and other employees was very effective. Job tasks were delegated and I felt that I was given a lot of responsibility.

Cons

Sometimes the jobs became repetitive because each holiday (Christmas, Thanksgiving, etc) the same things had to happen. Also, performance feedback wasn't as immediate as I would have liked it to be.

The work is not overwhelming, no crazy dealines to meet constantly. Computer system is easy to work.

Cons

Work becomes same day to day. Customers can be snappy at times. No room for advancement or higher positions.
