Pros

Great place to work, not so good pay.It was a very upbeat environment. The communication between managers and other employees was very effective. Job tasks were delegated and I felt that I was given a lot of responsibility. Flexible schedule, Nice customers (most of the time, until Christmas rolls around in July) and you get a good discount.

Cons

Working nights and weekends and holidays. Salary is low for the amount of work and responsibility required. Hard physically, I was always picking up the slack of my co-workers. Compensation. No raises, Managers get bonuses even though they don't do any of the work. Discriminating based on appearance, you must be "Polished" Hire half-wits that look pretty but cannot properly perform basic job functions. Not open to change. Unrealistic Expectations. Please, in an 8 hour day, let me perform all my specific job functions, the tedious crap my SM doesn't want to do, and try and sell $400 dollars in cards. They must think everyone on the street needs a card or gift when wal=mart is down the road and cheaper. No compensation, no benefits, no worth. Contests are geared only towards management, employees never see prizes. Job Responsibilities are not defined appropriately. Key Holders performing Store Managers tasks without compensation or reward.

Pros

Wonderful product to sell in the store, staff felt like having a family and receiving product and setting up displays was fun.

Cons

Holiday hours can be long and tiresome, must be friendly and personable to work with customers, and can have a smile on your face.
