Pros

You schedule your own hours and days. The work by yourself primarily. I see my territory assistant maybe once a quarter. I have only met the manager once (she happened to be in the store when I signed in)

Cons

You get very little training. My territory assistant is always complaining that she doesn't have enough hours to spend at all of her stores. There is very little feedback unless the store manager or staff complains to Hallmark. If there is a complaint then either the territory assistant or manager come into the store and send you an email about what was wrong. Also when you are off for vacation, no one goes into your store, so when you return there is a mess to clean up and several blank spots.... which lead to complaints from the customers and the store.
