Flexible Schedule Great Products Excellent Discount Wonderful Employees to work with Good employee team support

Terrible communication between manager and employees (speaking for my Hallmark) Treated as subordinates No respect or acknowledgment for hard work Endless broken promises about raises that were never rewarded Money hungry corporation Watches employees every move while on the clock to make sure sales are being driven. Manager was unapproachable and showed favoritism Gossipy enviroment to work in manager was unprofessional and would leave store while on the clock to talk with her "many" boyfriends, while we were reprimanded for even making eye contact with another employee. Terrible pay (minimum wage and no hopes of a bonus or increase) I AM ONLY SPEAKING FOR MY HALLMARK THAT I WORKED AT, OTHERS MAY BE DIFFERENT. THIS WAS JUST MY OWN PERSONAL EXPERIENCE. AND TO BE HONEST I DID LOVE WORKING HERE DESPITE THE MANAGER, HAD THEY GOT RID OF HER I WOULD HAVE STAYED. I LOVED MY JOB AND MY CUSTOMERS.
