Pros

If you're looking for something easy, then Hallmark is a good store to work at. Simple displays to set up and take down, easy clearly marked sales buttons on the cash registers.

Cons

Maybe it was just my store's location but the store was usually deserted. A "rush" would be having a line of more than two customers. The slowness made the time of each shift drag by. Cleaning and reorganizing cards and other merchandise was pretty much all I could do since hardly any customers every came in. Would not recommend.

Pros

It was easy to do because there were hardly any customers, we were only open until 8:30, and the schedule was flexible.

Cons

Your starting pay is exactly what you'll get 2 years from the start date. Don't get too excited, it's minimum. And the owner, Chen, is terribly rude to both the general staff and especially the manager.
