Cons
Pay could be more since you aren’t properly trained and it’s a lot of bending. A lot of going to back rooms to get boxes and not a lot of space to setup cards because the retail store your in usually doesn’t have alot of space for your section. They provide you with a phone to clock in at every store. The app the company uses for clocking in sucks. You clock in at 1 store and then when you leave you have to clock in the app, to tell the phone if you’re going home or to another store to work. This helps because they pay for some drive time (very little). The stores they assign you can change. If you go to another store that isn’t normally yours, you can tell that the person your working behind didn’t really do there job. I think a lot of people fudge the log books and said they did stuff that they didn’t. Lastly, the scanner will tell you where to put the cards. You better prey that your display was set up correctly or else 😅 you will spend 15 mins trying to find the right spot!
