As a manager you are treated as a child, no respect for thier managers. The R.M'S and D.M'S ,are overly critical and demeaning to thier store managers. You are monitored at every angle, cameras, surveys,weekly visits,audits. NO BREATHING ROOM!. Constant and rigorous floor moves and set-ups .Mounds of shipment on thier stores, then they come in and berate, and humiliate thier people for doing thier jobs. Can't please them! Stay far away, your nerves with be shot after working here.
