Pros

The culture of the company is one of growth and mentorship. You can rapidly progress within Halo, and the management are always receptive to new ideas. Halo has a very relaxed working environment and a flat management structure which means Halo avoids the corporate culture you'll find at larger companies. As a growing tech company you can place yourself at the heart of a growing industry, and take on more responsibility at a younger age than you would probably in other sectors.

Cons

The rapid pace of growth of the company mean internal communication can sometimes be poor, although this has been improved upon over recent months. The office is fairly limited in terms of local amenities, and the car parking situation is poor. This is however is being looked at as a priority as the company grows.

Office is in Stowmarket, which is pretty limited.
