      Pros

      - Very competitive starting salary for graduates, especially given the location - The regular social events are brilliant - You gain a lot of responsibility very early on and feel like you're helping the team straight away - No fixed training system so you can choose to only shadow the roles that you're interested in - Incredibly friendly team! Everyone is willing to help and give advice on anything that you get stuck on

      Cons

      - Stowmarket isn't the ideal location for everyone - Can be a lot to take in to begin with, but after the first 2 weeks it gets a lot more manageable and you feel you understand the product much better

      Pros

      The Halo grad scheme allows you to explore different roles in all departments, giving you space to find your own niche. There's a great social atmosphere, good benefits, and no restrictive corporate culture or micro-management you can find elsewhere. You can feel confident the work you put in gets noticed and actively impacts the growth of the company.

      Cons

      The parking situation isn't great, but the move to our new office later this year should improve this dramatically.

      Pros

      A fantastic culture, you won't find a better group of people to work with. Your ambition is rewarded and if you work hard the sky is your limit - as the company is expanding so rapidly, theres plenty of room to progress and you certainly won't find yourself stuck where you don't want to be. Management are easily accessible and encourage you to make a meaningful contribution to the direction of the company, which is more than can be said for most.

      Cons

      It's a steep learning curve, especially if you don't have prior industry experience. The workload can be a lot, though everyone is always keen to help if you ask.
