      Snacks in the lunchroom, although not all healthy

      Cons

      Office politics are heavily driven. Great place to work for some not all. Credentials and education are a non-factor with compensation. HR is not for the employees, it’s for the company. Favoritism for those who share the same culture. Micromanaged style and stressful toxic environment. Limited resources in departments. This is not a true remote setting. No work-life balance!!!! If you share the same culture, you’ll go far

      The constant micromanaging, multiple emails, coming in, other departments, having to say within the assessors department. Do not promote teamwork

      Fine Place to Work on a Short-term Basis

      Some of the people are nice. Depending on the department the work is easy. A lot of minorities.

      Cons

      They don’t know what they’re doing. As many people quit as are hired. The supervisors aren’t qualified for their positions. The nepotism is crazy.
