      stressful, heavy micromanagement,

      free health insurance, remote role, excellent Rn CM trainer, beautiful office

      Cons

      -heavy micromanagement, 30 min paid ,lunch break, made to come to the office for team meetings (upstate NY), no help from call center, everything is being dumped on a CM, lack of support from other depts, redundant daily routine; No work/life balance. Supervisor/Director don't have compassion/empathy and will write you up for little things despite you doing your best, they request daily productivity report.

      Pros

      Uber Professional and still a family like atmosphere. Beautiful brand new state of the art office building. Good employees are valued and appreciated with most management positions filled from within by promoted employees. Feedback and opinions from employees are encouraged and valued with constant anonymous surveys followed by changes and upgrades.

      Cons

      Too much food in the well-stocked cafeteria. Elevator in building is super slow.
