      -management staff are overall approachable and easy to work with -accomodating for work-life balance -work from home

      -small, new company, haven't yet worked out all the kinks and processes -suspect my salary may be lower than average -

      Snacks in the lunchroom, although not all healthy

      Cons

      Office politics are heavily driven. Great place to work for some not all. Credentials and education are a non-factor with compensation. HR is not for the employees, it’s for the company. Favoritism for those who share the same culture. Micromanaged style and stressful toxic environment. Limited resources in departments. This is not a true remote setting. No work-life balance!!!! If you share the same culture, you’ll go far
