      The constant micromanaging, multiple emails, coming in, other departments, having to say within the assessors department. Do not promote teamwork

      Some of the people are nice. Depending on the department the work is easy. A lot of minorities.

      Cons

      They don’t know what they’re doing. As many people quit as are hired. The supervisors aren’t qualified for their positions. The nepotism is crazy.

Health insurance, vision, and dental. Great PTO and paid holidays. TASC benefits. Flexible work environment. Remote, hybrid.

      Only one thing: Not matching 401K.
