Pros

I enjoy success. I enjoy learning and growing. I am not comfortable being average. I have read some of the negative reviews on this. I suspect I even know who wrote them since they sued some similar language when they were talking behind peoples back while employed here. In making that connection I can also share with any readers of glassdoor who want to know the real story, that those are chiefly written by people who did not contribute, lied to the officers when asked questions or made stuff up. The CEO and the senior officers are indeed tuff. They expect people to focus on results. They do not reward effort but they celebrate results. They give lots of room to those (like me) that produce results to have impact and influence. Tuff but fair is how I would rate senior officers. I have personally had to explain to the CEO why I continued doing something that was not working and costing the Company money. The CEO was tuff. But he also coached me on how to become better. Once I started feeling bad for myself and started to listen I learned how to be more effective and found that with results comes more self satisfaction. I felt better about myself. This is what the CEO and COO require of its people. These are people who know how to produce success!

Cons

This is not the place for people who want to be coddled, rewarded for effort vs. results --- nor is it the place for people who just want to do the minimum. I am not sure why anyone would want to work for anyone who does not know how to drive success. The Company should stop trying to coach everyone. Not everyone is ready for this level of success. I am and I am proud of it.

Pros

I am not going to say my entire time here was horrible but the bad, and really bad days out weigh the few good. I formed some good friendships.

Cons

I was so excited when I started here - the information on the website makes it look like an ideal company to work for - however that is short lived. I was employed over 3 years and watched numerous good, hardworking people leave or get terminated because they didn't fit the mold. The environment is horrible, negative, morale is low and no one can change it because it stems from dealing with the CEO Mark. He is the EXACT opposite of what he portrays on the website. A down right mean, nasty person, that verbally abuses everyone that works for him. If he is nice to you, either your an investor or it is simply an act! I witnessed (and was subjected to) him screaming and swearing directly at people because they didn't do what he "thought" should be done. More times than I care to admit, I had to say I was wrong, when in fact I wasn't, just so I didn't have to deal with his backlash. We often did things without his knowledge just to get them done because if he was involved it never got done. It took months for me to mentally recover from my time here. It takes forever to get anything accomplished, priorities change constantly and there is limited communication from department to department, everyone works in silos. As I said I worked here over three years and when I left, things I had started in my first year were still unfinished.
