Corporate supervisor cannot be trusted . They give no real training . They are all about revenue and zero about patient care .

I could say a million negative things about this company, mainly the safety and well-being of the line-level staff. During the covid-19 pandemic, I was told to interact with another employee who was quarantining and believed to have the virus. The Plexiglas they provided to the front desk is very small on a counter that is 10 times its size. It is an absolute joke; more of an obstetrical we have to work around than a form of PPE. To continue with safety of the staff, there is no security for the line-level employees. The location is in a high traffic downtown area, and myself and coworkers have had to shoo away people who wander in regularly. I have personally never been hurt, but my coworkers have gotten into fights, have been spit on, and heavy objects thrown at them by these people.
