Intial salary is decent, health care for managers is reasonably priced.

Cons

Micromanaged, not trusted to do job hired for, disorganized, asked to lie by upper management, not given proper tools to do job, molage reimbursement is .35 a mile.

Flexible with a family first attitude.

Cons

Constantly adding additional duties added to employees because of constant turn over. You have more work to do and are expected to do it in the same amount of time with the same quality work. Poor Management. Poor communication. Corporate office barely knows we exist.
