Arrogance when blended with apathy and stress

Pros

They have great amenities in the office building. The location is also great. It has a gym which is a plus for a workout junkie like me.

Cons

Power without knowledge leads to ignorance. Ignorance without awareness leads to blind arrogance. That's how the CEO of this company was leading. He also had an unhealthy obsession of wanting to destroy other's live. Arrogance when blended with apathy and stress leads to micromanagement and toxic leadership.

The management blatantly brings people down, along with an awful amount of stress!

Pros

Some people were ok, the company location was the best thing for me, it was a convenient ride.

Cons

The management were the ones who blatantly bring people down and cause an awful amount of stress. It it wasn't for the owners and CEO who lack good leadership, the employees' situation would be a lot better.
