Pros

Really their lights are a head above competitors. The products are top notch and of the best possible quality.

Cons

Company is really unorganized and focused primarily on the bottom line. Even the most talented artisans feel expendable and another number. Also a pretty toxic workplace. Everyone talks and gossips about everyone else, especially the owners and upper management.

It's a relax Artisan atmosphere we're the companies owners actually care about their employees and their employees well being. As well as the quality of the product that they put out the door

I learned a great deal from my direct supervisor Nancy Shott. She really helped me develop my critical thinking and writing skills. It was both an exciting, challenging and rewarding work experience. The Hammerton HR team (shout of to the Steph’) is phenomenal. They are continually looking for ways to improve the culture and coming up with fun company wide activities. I will always miss employee appreciation week and Halloween!

Cons

Sometimes it was hard to take time off because there was always so much going on, but usually my manager would work with me.
