Hammerton provides a unique opportunity to driven individuals that are looking for more than just a place to make money. In my personal experience, I've been given opportunities to develop myself not only managerially, but also in various areas such as facility development, business planning, and project management. Culturally, and this may be due to the unprecedented growth, I've seen a shift towards a more personable and communicative environment.

Cons

The vision of where the company wants to go is ambiguous; we understand that the ultimate goal is to sell and produce more product, but the path to get there hasn't been fully evaluated. It seems that we are only touching the surface of what needs to be done.
