Pros
Good Hours for a driving job and not hard work, but you must pay attention to details. Insurance is average.
Cons
Pay is below average, they finally got retirement matching but it is only 2% other companies minimum is 4%. Equipment does not get fixed and the company does not have mechanics to fix it. Manager will not down equipment for repairs as we do not have backup trucks. Branch manager is an idiot but because he came from another company that delivered fuel the owners seem to think he is golden, if it was not for our operations manager this place would be a complete disaster. Hampel is under third generation ownership now and this third generation does not seem to be involved or care, they just want the profits from us working.
