Company won't try to help driver if accident occurs, will spend more time looking for reasons to discipline them. Won't upgrade or get new equipment, prefers to use outdated equipment that consistently breaks down. Will take sweet time to fix truck repairs. Breaks FMCSA laws by "fixing" the books to make it look like drivers have had 10 hours of sleep on occasion.

No training ...I mean none, no feedback except for 90 day review. Zero time with manager...at least that was my experience. High turnover in this position. If you have a background working for a large corporation, you will see many many things lacking in the structure and operation of the company. Again...very nice people, just a frustrating experience. Let go with no explanation. "Going in a different direction, and staring into the distance"was the response I was given to questions. Took almost a 50% pay cut to work there.
