      Pros

      Company is pretty stable. Most of the people working there are pretty laid back and easy enough to get along with.

      Cons

      Low pay, bare bones health benefits, no company matching on 401k. They make the profit sharing match unrealistic to attain thus you very seldom get profit sharing even though the company is making money hand over fist.
