Cons

Hampel family members get first priority for promotions even though they keep stressing the right person for the right job. Women's pay is much lower than the male counter part

Pros

Hampel Oil is a family owned business that more often than not will work with your homelife schedule. They have always been good to me and i would recommend all drivers to come work here.

Cons

A safety bonus would be nice.

Pros

- I have the oppurtunity to work flexible hours that fit my schedule

Cons

- No communication - No one follows directions - Some managers cannot be trusted - Some managers are afraid of confrontation and let employees get away with stuff they should not - Regional managers focus on certain locations too much and do not let the branch/operations managers make their own decisions - Company values are good, but are now followed
