Terrible work environment. One of my coworkers was a 19 year old girl, she was sexually harassed by a maintenance worker. Management refused to fire him, or even to put her on different shifts than him. A coworker screamed in my face in front of all the managers and suffered 0 consequences. Truly an awful environment. They hired me and said I could work the overnight shift that I wanted, but as soon as I asked about them training me they said that they could never trust a girl to work alone all night. First off I'm not a child, so it would have been far more appropriate not to call me a "girl" at all, but obviously they're both sexist and inappropriate. Secondly, they promised me the overnights when I was hired and then they just tried to put me on the morning shifts.
