      The staff was great. The housekeeping team was very team-oriented for the most part

      Cons

      As a new housekeeper who is very detail-oriented, it was difficult to meet the strict time requirements and the housekeeping manager got onto me some. I understand the need for being timely, but in order to meet the time requirements I'd have to cut corners which is not something I like to do.

      Pros

      Great atmosphere, breakfast bar and room are amazing.

      Cons

      Poor training, management should be looked into and possibly let go due to health issues and not being able to fulfill their job requirements. Employees being taken advantage of. No rotation of working on holidays, management shows favoritism, too many relatives working together. Lack of communication amongst management to employees, needs more staff to cover shifts if needed
