Pros
Not very long work days if you can clean your rooms fast. Housekeeping is not an hourly job. You get paid per room cleaned. The fewer housekeepers the more rooms you get per day, therefore, more money.
Cons
Waiting for laundry to be cleaned so you can finish your rooms can be very annoying. You need to finish your rooms by a certain time or they will be either given to someone else to clean or you'll have to do them the next day.
