      Pros

      The backbone of our employee culture is "Hamptonality". Once you understand what that means you can have become a part of this awesome experience. It can help you turn around situations that may involve work relationships or ones with guests. I love it! Also, the travel benefits are the best of the different brands that I have worked for.

      Cons

      Sometimes you have to deal with the worst of situations when guests come in in the worst of moods. At that point, you are the face of your property, and it is your job to turn that frown upside down.

      Hamptonality!!! AmbassadorU. Great people with high moral. Love going above and beyond. Hampton knows how to play to people's strength and keep you engaged. Hampton stays up on the times to continuously please our guests and keep them coming back.

      Cons

      None. Enjoyed working for Hampton and being a Strength-Based Coach. Doing what you love is the best. Always fun ways to keep your team engaged and letting individual personalities shine.

      Pros

      I was given the job! Pay was 11.00 an hour. Some may say thats not alot but I was just glad they said I was hired.

      Cons

      I went for my drug test. No big deal and then got my backround sent in the mail and I never heard back from them.
